Privacy Policy
Obra is a trade name of Mirabal Ventures LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("Obra", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you visit obramade.com, contact us, or talk to us by phone or text, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you send us. Your name, email, phone number and message when you use the contact form, email us, or call or text us.
- Business contact details. When we reach out to a business, we keep its public contact information (business name, phone number, email, website) and notes from our conversations.
- Calls and texts. The number you call or text from, the time, and what was said. Calls may be recorded so we can follow up accurately; we tell you when they are.
- Website basics. Our host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested). We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to you and follow up on what you asked about.
- To send follow-up texts you've agreed to receive (see Text message terms).
- To scope, build and support the work we do for you.
- To keep our website and systems running and secure.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for anything unrelated to the reason you gave it to us.
Mobile numbers and text messages
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We only text people who have agreed to hear from us, either on a phone call or by checking the text-message box on our contact form. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Full details are in our Text message terms.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run our business, and only so they can do that job for us: website and form hosting (Netlify), email (Google Workspace), phone and text delivery (Twilio), and the call and contact-management tools we use to keep track of conversations. They aren't allowed to use your information for their own purposes. We'll also disclose information if the law requires it.
Voice agents we build for other businesses
When we build a voice agent for a business, the calls it answers belong to that business. Caller details and recordings are handled on that business's behalf and under its own privacy practices; we access them only to build, support and improve that agent.
How long we keep it
For as long as we're talking or working together, and after that only as long as we reasonably need it for records, support or legal obligations. Ask us and we'll delete what we don't need to keep.
Your choices
- Ask what we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
- Opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
- Ask us to stop contacting you by any channel, and we will.
Security
We use reputable providers, keep access to the people who need it, and protect accounts with strong authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
