Messy software stacks
Turn crowded SaaS subscriptions, spreadsheets, and workarounds into one owned system.
We build software around the parts of your business that feel expensive, manual, or held together by tools that almost work.
If a workflow is costing too much time, money, or attention, we help decide what should be rebuilt, automated, or removed entirely.
Turn crowded SaaS subscriptions, spreadsheets, and workarounds into one owned system.
CRMs, dashboards, portals, approvals, and tools designed around how your team works.
Apply automation and AI where it removes manual steps, routing, reporting, and duplicate entry.
Not another tool. These are the kinds of systems that replace the software, spreadsheets, and workarounds you’re already paying for.
Replace spreadsheets, static reports, and scattered numbers with one place your team can trust.
Replace patched-together CRMs and handoff notes with intake, follow-up, and client activity in one flow.
Replace manual entry and scheduling back-and-forth with requests routed to the right place.
Every build starts with the workflow. Then the software follows.
Map how your business actually runs. Include the manual steps, workarounds, and duplicate work costing you time.
Decide what gets rebuilt, what stays, and where automation actually removes cost and effort.
Ship working systems quickly. Replace manual steps, reduce errors, and remove tool switching.
Support rollout, refine what needs adjusting, and make sure the system actually gets used.
I’ve spent five years building software across consulting, manufacturing, healthcare, and a bunch of other industries. Accounting tools, CRMs, pharmacy systems, restaurant ops, betting platforms, startup apps. Different industries, same problem every time: teams stuck paying for tools that almost work, or burning money on contractors to keep things from breaking.
I started OBRA because I’m good at that in-between conversation. Sitting with someone who knows they need something new but can’t quite name it yet, and figuring out what to actually build.
No big agency process. Just us working it out.
If you’re spending too much time or money just to keep things running,
it’s time to fix it.
No pitch deck. Just a conversation.
